摘 要:为了提高飞机机电作动器的位置跟踪速度,克服传统PI算法参数调试依赖于人工经验的缺陷,提出一种基于粒子群优化的变论域模糊PI控制方法。首先根据机电作动器的结构与工作原理,建立永磁同步电机与机械传动部分的数学模型;然后根据电机控制系统建立机电作动器位置环变论域模糊PI控制模型;最后利用粒子群优化算法对量化因子、比例因子以及伸缩因子寻优并进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,与传统PI控制和模糊PI控制相比,基于粒子群优化的变论域模糊PI控制方法在具备着传统模糊控制算法优点的同时,又能够根据偏差变化实时调整论域,改善系统的性能。In order to improve the position tracking speed of the aircraft electromechanical actuators and overcome the defect that the parameter tuning of the traditional PI algorithm relies on manual experience,a variable universe fuzzy PI control method based on particle swarm optimization is proposed.First,based on the structure and working principle of the electromechanical actuator,the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the mechanical transmission part is built.Then,according to the motor control system,a fuzzy PI control model of the position loop variable universe of the electromechanical actuator is bulit.Finally,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to selecte the quantization factor,scale factor,and expansion factor and perform simulation verification.The simulation results show that,compared with traditional PI control and fuzzy PI control,the variable universe fuzzy PI control method based on particle swarm optimization has not only the advantages of traditional fuzzy control algorithms but can timely adjust the universe according to deviation changes to improves system performance.
