基于BP神经网络的应急物资供应商评价研究

摘　　要：近年来,我国遭受各种重大突发灾害,给人民的健康以及经济社会发展造成了巨大危害。在突发事件中,缺乏有效的供应商管理,会使得应急物资管理效率低下,而实施供应商管理能够有效提升应急物资的供应能力。基于此,在有关供应商评价以及应急物资供应商选择的文献研究基础上,从时间、应急物资质量、应急物资价格、应急能力以及经营环境五个维度,构建了应急物资供应商评价的16个指标。以某省的18家应急物资供应商作为研究对象,利用BP神经网络对这些应急物资供应商进行评价。结果表明,此模型避免了主观影响与不确定性,可以有效地应用到应急物资产品供应商评价中。In recent years,China suffered from a variety of major sudden disasters,and these major emergencies have caused great harm to people's health and economic and social development worldwide.In an emergency,the lack of effective supplier management will make the emergency material management inefficient,while the implementation of supplier management can effectively improve the supply capacity of emergency materials.Based on this,on the basis of literature research on supplier evaluation and supplier selection of emergency supplies,this paper constructs 16 indicators for supplier evaluation of emergency supplies from five dimensions,including time,quality of emergency supplies,price of emergency supplies,emergency capacity and operating environment.Taking 18 emergency material suppliers in a province as the research object,the BP neural network is used to evaluate them and the results show that this model can avoid subjective influence and uncertainty,and can be effectively applied to the evaluation of emergency supplier.
