摘　　要：随着智慧物流在中国的高速发展,物流管理专业建设遇到前所未有的挑战,迫切需要进行改革。文中分析了智慧物流的含义、智慧物流条件下人才需求的特点、物流管理专业建设存在的问题和对策。With the rapid development of intelligent logistics in China,the construction of logistics management major has encountered unprecedented challenges and urgently needs reform.The article analyzes the meaning of intelligent logistics,the characteristics of talent demand,and the problems and countermeasures existing in the construction of logistics management.
