摘　　要：食品安全不仅影响消费者的人身安全,还会影响到社会的稳定,因此做好食品安全管理工作非常重要。随着人们生活水平的提高,对于动物源性食品的食用数量不断增多,但动物在养殖和加工过程中,会使用过多的药物或者添加剂等,从而导致动物源性食品出现各种安全性问题。而做好动物检验检疫工作,不仅可以预防动物疫病的传播,还可以保证动物源性食品的安全,为人们的身体健康提供保障。本文对动物检验检疫在食品安全中的运用进行了详细的探讨。Food safety not only affects the human safety of consumers,but also affects the stability of the society.Therefore,it is very important to do a good job in food safety management.With the improvement of people’s living standards,the consumption of animal-derived foods continues to increase,but animals will use too many drugs or additives in the process of breeding and processing,which leads to various safety problems in animal-derived foods.Doing a good job in animal inspection and quarantine can not only prevent the spread of animal diseases,but also ensure the safety of animalderived food and provide protection for people’s human health.This article discusses in detail the application of animal inspection and quarantine in food safety.
