摘　　要：通过PEST分析(政治、经济、文化和技术方面)了解贵州省食用菌行业及企业现状,找出行业企业的现有优势与不足,总结现有经验,提出产业发展问题及企业投资方向指导,有助于调整食用菌行业企业发展策略,对于食用菌行业的稳定发展和企业健康经营具有重要意义,为实现贵州省乡村振兴提供理论支撑。Using the PEST analysis method(political,economic,cultural and technological aspects)to analyze the current situation of edible fungus industry and enterprises in Guizhou province,find out the existing advantages and disadvantages of the industry enterprises,summarize the existing experience,put forward industrial development problems and enterprise investment direction guidance,which can help adjust the development strategy of edible fungus industry enterprises.It is of great significance for the stable development of edible fungi industry and healthy operation of enterprises,and provides theoretical support for the realization of rural revitalization in Guizhou province.
