摘  要:目的针对重铬酸钾法测定水中化学需氧量检测周期较长的问题,研究探讨优化该检测方法,以缩短检测周期,提升检验检测效率。方法按照《水质化学需氧量的测定重铬酸盐法》(HJ 828-2017)标准中的分析步骤,对比不同消解时间条件下,COD_(Cr)标准样品与生活污水样品测定结果的准确度与精密度能否满足标准要求。结果水中COD_(Cr)测定加热回流时间设为30min时,标准样品测定结果为合格,生活污水样品测定结果的准确度与精密度符合标准要求。结论该方法快捷、简便、检测周期短,可适用于环保检测机构对水中化学需氧量快速、高通量的检测需求。Objective In view of the long detection cycle of HJ 828-2017 potassium dichromate method for the determination of chemical oxygen demand in water,this paper studies and discusses the optimization of the detection method to shorten the detection cycle and improve the detection efficiency.Methods According to《the analysis steps in the standard of determination of chemical oxygen demand of water quality dichromate method》(HJ 828-2017),compare whether the accuracy and precision of the determination results of COD_(Cr) standard sample and domestic sewage sample can meet the standard requirements under different digestion time conditions.Results When the heating reflux time of COD_(Cr) determination in water is set as 30 min,the determination result of standard sample is qualified,and the accuracy and precision of the determination result of domestic sewage sample meet the standard requirements.Conclusion The method is fast,simple and short detection cycle.It can be used for the rapid and high-throughput detection of chemical oxygen demand in water of environmental protection detection institutions.
