基于工匠精神培养的《中药制药设备使用与维护》 绪论教学实践研究

摘　　要：为了给制药行业培养出更多守药德、强技能、坚守工匠精神的优秀人才,以《中药制药设备使用与维护》绪论为例,融入包括敬业、精益、创新等新时代“工匠精神”,采用LPR教学法进行教学设计和实践。提高了学生的参与度,调动了学生的学习主动性,培育了学生的工匠精神和科研思维,提升了学生的学习兴趣,提高了教学质量。In order to cultivate more excellent talents who adhere to medicine ethics,strong skills and craftsman spirit in the pharmaceutical industry,this paper takes the introduction to The Use and Maintenance of TCM Pharmaceutical Equipment as an example,integrates the“craftsman spirit”of the new era including dedication,lean and innovation,and adopts LPR teaching method to conduct teaching design and practice.It improves students participation,arouses students learning initiative,cultivates students craftsman spirit and scientific research thinking,improves students learning interest and improves teaching quality.
