摘 要:膜污染是目前影响膜技术发展的制约因素之一。为提高聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)超滤膜的亲水性和抗污染性,以PVDF为膜材料,聚乙二醇(PEG 6000)为添加剂,采用相转化法制备PVDF平板膜;以没食子酸(GA)和聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)的交联网状结构为功能化平台,利用真空辅助抽滤法将Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene沉积到膜上,进而达到对PVDF膜改性的目的。接触角测试结果表明,GA涂层与Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene沉积层的加入使PVDF膜的水接触角从92°减小为30°,膜的亲水性明显提高;膜与牛血清蛋白(BSA)间的黏附力从267.5 pN降低至23.5 pN,通量恢复率高达98.78%,表明改性后,膜的抗污染能力明显增强。The issue of membrane fouling had drawn great attention in the research of water purification.In this study,PVDF membrane was selected as modified anti-fouling the substrate material.The coating had more robust adhesion due to its cross-linking network structure.Inspired by this thought,we added polyethyleneimine(PEI)molecules to the GA coating.Subsequently,Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene nanosheets were fixed on the coating modified polymer membrane surface via the adhesive ability of GA/PEI and vacuum assisted filtration.The results showed that due to the introduction of GA and Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene,the water contact angle of PVDF membrane decreased from 92°to 30°and the adhesion(between membrane and BSA)decreased from 267.5 pN to 23.5 pN,and the flux recovery rate was as high as 98.78%.The anti-fouling ability of PVDF membrane was significantly enhanced.
