基于“五行-六气”理论的方剂图解探讨

摘　　要：通过对易水学派、黄元御等医家学术思想的分析,把握中医学中"五行-六气"理论的基本原理,探讨建立以"五行-六气"为核心的生理、病理模型,在此基础上构建对应的方阵图解方式。"五行-六气"理论具有模型思维的典型特征,体现了中医的整体观,可以依据"五行-六气"的空间分布和时间运动来分析人体的生理、病理,构建方阵图解模型,用以分析相应方剂的配伍。Through the analysis of the academic thoughts of Yishui school, Huang Yuanyu and other doctors, this paper grasps the basic principle of the theory of "five elements and six climatic factors" in Chinese medicine, discusses the establishment of the physiological and pathological model with "five elements and six climatic factors" as the core, and constructs the corresponding diagram of prescription method on this basis.The theory of "five elements and six climatic factors" has the typical characteristics of model thinking and embodies the holistic view of Chinese medicine.We can analyze the physiology and pathology of human body according to the spatial distribution and time movement of "five elements and six climatic factors",and construct a diagram model of prescription to analyze the compatibility of corresponding prescriptions.
