摘　　要："阴火"最初为自然界真实存在的事物,如海火、地热等。宋代开始,理学思想兴盛,大量自然界的事物和现象被征引来解释人体。金代名医李杲将"阴火"的概念植入人体中,形成了中医的阴火理论,完成一次中医学术创新。李杲所论之"阴火",是脾胃气虚、升降失常引起的下焦病理之火,但明清医家将之与朱丹溪的"相火"理论混淆,形成内容相互冲突的阴虚之火说和命门之火说两种理论,并且各自都产生了一定的影响。现代中医教材《中医各家学说》为了消弭观点冲突,并基于临床实际情况,先后将"阴火"的概念进行范围扩大,最终形成"阴火"是指一切内伤引起的虚性火邪的观点,完成中医学术史上的又一次创新。"Yin fire" was originally a real thing in nature, such as sea fire, geothermal and so on.Since the Song Dynasty, Neo Confucianism flourished, and a large number of natural things and phenomena were recruited to explain the human body.Li Gao, a famous doctor of the Jin Dynasty, implanted "yin fire" theory into the human body, formed the yin fire theory of Chinese medicine, and completed an academic innovation of Chinese medicine. "Yin fire" mentioned by Li Gao is the pathological fire of lower Jiao caused by deficiency of spleen and stomach qi and abnormal rise and fall of qi movement.However, doctors in the Ming and Qing Dynasties confused "yin fire" theory with Zhu Danxi′s "ministerial fire" theory, forming two conflicting theories: fire of yin deficiency and fire of vital gate, and each had a certain impact.In order to eliminate the conflict of views and based on the actual clinical situation, the modern Chinese medicine textbook Theories of Schools of Traditional Chinese Medicine successively expanded the scope of the concept of "yin fire",and finally formed the view that "yin fire" refers to the virtual fire evil caused by all internal injuries, completing another innovation in the academic history of Chinese medicine.
