前列腺电切镜下钬激光膀胱结石碎石术的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：探究前列腺电切镜下钬激光膀胱结石碎石术的临床治疗效果。选取40例膀胱结石患者为研究对象,根据手术治疗方案不同分为参照组和研究组。参照组采用输尿管肾镜下钬激光膀胱结石碎石术,研究组采用前列腺电切镜下钬激光膀胱结石碎石术,对比两组膀胱结石患者的一次碎石成功率、并发症、手术时间、住院时间及术后生活质量。研究组膀胱结石一次碎石成功率和生活质量评分显著高于参照组,手术时间、住院时间显著短于参照组,并发症发生率显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。前列腺电切镜下开展钬激光膀胱结石碎石术可提升一次碎石成功率,缩短手术时间、住院时间,减少并发症的发生,提升患者术后的生活质量。The study explores the clinical treatment effect of holmium laser lithotripsy of bladder calculi under prostatic resection.40 patient with bladder stone are selected,and they are divided into control group and research group according to different operation treatment schemes.Control group receive holmium laser lithotripsy of bladder calculi under ureter nephroscope,and research group receive holmium laser lithotripsy of bladder calculi under prostatic resection.One-time gravel success rate,complication,operation time,hospitalization time and postoperative living quality of patients with bladder calculi of two groups are compared.One-time gravel success rate and living quality score of research group are significantly better than control group.Operation and hospitalization time,and complication occurrence rate are significantly less than control group(P<0.05).Holmium laser lithotripsy of bladder calculi under prostatic resection can improve one-time gravel success rate;reduce operation time,hospitalization time and complication occurrence rate;and improve patient’s postoperative living quality.
