摘　　要：肝硬化是临床常见的慢性进行性肝脏疾病,严重危害人类生命健康。肝移植手术是终末期肝硬化最有效的治疗方式,但供体短缺、手术费用昂贵以及术后并发症等限制了其临床广泛应用。近年来,随着再生医学研究的不断进展,以胚胎干细胞、诱导性多能干细胞、间充质干细胞(MSCs)为主的干细胞移植在肝硬化治疗领域越来越受关注。MSCs治疗肝硬化的机制主要包括其可转化为肝细胞样细胞、调节机体免疫反应以及旁分泌等。目前关于MSCs移植治疗肝硬化已开展了多项临床试验,其有效性和安全性均较理想。相信随着研究的发展,以MSCs移植为代表的干细胞移植将在终末期肝硬化患者的治疗中发挥重要作用。Liver cirrhosis is a common chronic progressive liver disease,which seriously endangers human life and health.Liver transplantation is the most effective treatment for end-stage liver cirrhosis.However,due to the shortage of donors,the high cost of surgery,and postoperative complications,its wide application in clinical practice faces many limitations.In recent years,with the continuous progress of regenerative medicine research,stem cell transplantation mainly based on embryonic stem cells,induced pluripotent stem cells,and mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have attracted more and more attention in the field of liver cirrhosis treatment.It is found that the mechanisms of MSCs in the treatment of liver cirrhosis mainly includes its transformation into hepatocyte like cells,and regulation of immune reaction and paracrine function.Some clinical trials of MSCs transplantation in the treatment of liver cirrhosis have been carried out,which showed satisfactory effectiveness and safety.It is believed that stem cell transplantation represented by MSCs will play an important role in the treatment of end-stage liver cirrhosis.
