摘  要:目的激光共聚焦显微镜下观察比较不同涂布方式下两种粘接系统处理牙体粘接面产生纳米渗漏的差异性。方法按照纳入标准选取近一个月内拔除的35颗第三磨牙,分别在其颊舌侧制备尺寸一致的箱状洞形,随机分为空白对照组(A0组),自酸蚀粘接剂涂布1、2、3次组(B组),全酸蚀粘接系统涂布1、2、3次组(C组),共7组。24 h后观察并检测光固化复合树脂充填后纳米渗漏的长度和形态的变化。结果B2、C2组产生的纳米渗漏值最低(P<0.05);在相同涂布次数下,自酸蚀的纳米渗漏值均低于全酸蚀粘接系统(P均<0.05)。结论涂布数量是影响牙体粘接界面封闭性的因素之一,推荐涂布粘接剂2次,有助于减少纳米渗漏。Objective To observe and compare the differences of nanoleakage on the adhesive surface of teeth treated by two adhesive systems under laser confocal microscope with different coating methods.Methods 35 third molars extracted within one month were selected according to inclusion criteria.Respectively,box-shaped cavities of the same measurement were prepared on the buccal and lingual surface.They were randomly separated into blank control group(AO group),self-acid adhesive coating 1,2,3 times groups(B groups),total acid adhesive coating 1,2,3 times groups(C groups),with a total of 7 groups.The length and the change of morphology of nanoleakage were observed and measured after 24 h of light-cured compounded resin filling.Results The values of nanoleakage in B2 group and C2 group were the lowest(P<0.05).Under the same coating times,the nanoleakage values of the self-acid erosion were all lower than those of the total acid corrosion bonding system(all P<0.05).Conclusion The number of coating is one of the factors affecting the sealing of tooth bonding interface.It is suggested to apply the adhesive twice to reduce the nanoleakage.
