On Teachers’ Professional Ethics in College English Class-teaching Assessment

摘　　要：为改进大学英语课堂教学测试效果,促进学生更好地学习,从课堂教学测试中教师行为是否符合职业道德规范寻求突破,筛选出典型情景设计问卷。通过问卷分析和访谈发现大学英语教师在课堂教学测试中,尤其是在测试标准制定、测试公正性、测试评定和测试实施维度上存在较多职业道德问题,导致学生们对教师颇有微词,且学习动力不足,对待作业敷衍了事,作弊现象严重。运用对比试验和课堂观察发现,教师提高自身的职业道德认知水平将对学生产生积极有效的影响。To improve the effect of class-teaching assessment and promote students’better learning,a typical scenario questionnaire is selected to seek a breakthrough from whether teachers’behaviors conform to professional ethics in College English assessment.Findings show that College English teachers have many ethical issues in assessment,especially in standard formulation,impartiality,evaluation and implementation dimensions,resulting in students’criticism of teachers,lack of motivation,delay in dealing with homework,and serious cheating.Comparative experiments and classroom observation finds that improving teachers’awareness of professional ethics will have a positive and effective impact on students.
