Bio-gide膜与海奥口腔修复膜用于牙种植引导骨再生术的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较Bio-gide膜与海奥口腔修复膜在牙种植引导骨再生(GBR)术中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年12月在该院行牙种植术治疗的96例患者的临床资料,按GBR材料的不同将其分为对照组和观察组各48例。两组均行一期牙种植术,术中观察组采用Bio-gide膜行GBR术,对照组采用海奥口腔修复膜行GBR术。随访6个月,比较两组修复成功率、骨生长指标水平及并发症发生率。结果:观察组修复成功率为95.83%(46/48),高于对照组的83.33%(40/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组植骨厚度、植骨高度、垂直骨生长率、水平骨生长率均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用Bio-gide膜行GBR术治疗骨量不足的牙种植患者,效果优于海奥口腔修复膜,有利于提高修复成功率,促进骨生长,且安全性较好。Objective:To compare effects of Bio-gide membrane and heal-all oral restoration membrane for dental implant guided bone regeneration(GBR).Methods:The clinical data of 96 patients treated with dental implant GBR were analyzed retrospectively.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,each with 48 cases.Both groups underwent primary dental implantation.During the operation,the observation group used Bio-gide membrane to perform GBR,while the control group used heal-all oral repair membrane to perform GBR.They were followed up for 6 months.The repair success rate,the bone growth index levels and the complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The repair success rate in the observation group was 95.83%(46/48),which was higher than 83.33%(40/48)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bone graft thickness,the bone graft height,the vertical bone growth rate,and the horizontal bone growth rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Bio-gide membrane in the dental implant GBR for the patients with insufficient bone mass is superior to heal-all oral restoration membrane.It is beneficial to improve the repair success rate,promote the bone growth,and has better safety.
