摘 要:随着国家对节能环保的重视,煤炭码头粉尘和洒料问题急需解决。装船机作为煤码头的终端系统,其作业强度大且具有作业时直接面对海洋的固有属性,环保问题尤其严重。污染的产生点一般为皮带转接机房落料点、驱动站以及装船机导料槽,起尘点不同对应的解决方案不同。本文针对原有气雾除尘手动开启造成启停不及时和用水量过大问题,采集皮带秤信号、装船机行走编码器和粉尘检测仪等设备信号作为输入信号传入PLC,通过PID调节实现闭环自动控制,达到抑尘和节约用水目的。自动化改造完成后,经过统计区域粉尘指标和用水量相对手动控制具有明显改善。As China attaches greater importance to energy conservation and environmental protection,the problem of dust and spillage at coal wharf needs to be solved urgently.As the terminal system of the coal wharf,the ship loader features high operating intensity and inherent property of directly facing the ocean dur⁃ing operation,with serious environmental problems.Generally,the pollution is generated at the drop point of the belt transfer machine room,the drive station and the ship loader's guide chute.Different dust points correspond to different solutions.Aiming at the delayed start&stop and excessive water consumption caused by the original manual start of spraying dust removal device,this study collects signals from belt scale,ship loader traveling encoder,dust detector and other equipment as input signals and sends them to PLC,and realizes closed-loop automatic control by PID adjustment,achieving the purpose of dust suppression and water conservation.After the automation transformation,statistics show that the regional dust index and the water consumption have been significantly reduced compared with manual control.
