复方斑蝥胶囊联合常规化疗对骨肉瘤患者免疫功能指标及缺氧诱导因子-1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方斑蝥胶囊联合常规化疗对骨肉瘤患者免疫功能指标及缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)水平的影响。方法将61例骨肉瘤患者根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(30例)和研究组(31例),对照组采用常规化疗,研究组在此基础上采用复方斑蝥胶囊治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况,比较两组患者治疗前后免疫功能指标及HIF-1水平。结果研究组患者的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)及HIF-1水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。研究组患者周围神经毒性发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论常规化疗联合复方斑蝥胶囊能提高骨肉瘤患者的治疗效果,调节机体免疫功能指标及HIF-1水平,降低治疗期间周围神经毒性发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of compound ban’ao capsule and conventional chemotherapy on im-mune function indicators and hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1)levels in patients with osteosarcoma.Method A total of 61 patients with osteosarcoma were divided into control group(30 cases)and study group(31 cases)according to the different treatment plans.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy,and the study group was treated with compound ban’ao capsule based on conventional chemotherapy.The clinical efficacy and adverse events of the two groups of patients were observed,and the immune function indicators and HIF-1 levels of the two groups before and after treatment were also counted and compared.Result The total response rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After the treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),and HIF-1 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The incidence of peripheral neurotoxicity in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional chemothera-py combined with compound ban’ao capsule could improve the chemotherapy effect of osteosarcoma patients,which could regulate the body’s immune function indicators and HIF-1 level,and reduce the incidence of peripheral neurotoxici-ty during the treatment.
