大学生智能手机成瘾现状与大五人格特质的关系

摘　　要：整群抽取江西某高校大学生740名,采用智能手机成瘾量表和大五人格问卷进行施测。结果发现:(1)55%的大学生每天使用手机5~10小时,智能手机使用频率最高的是社交类软件;(2)大学生智能手机成瘾在性别和年级间差异有统计学意义,表现为男生在智能手机成瘾总分和突显行为、消极影响、APP更新得分显著高于女生,且大四学生智能手机成瘾总分和社交安抚得分显著高于其他年级;(3)与智能手机成瘾低分组相比,高分组的神经质得分更高,严谨性和宜人性得分更低,且这三个人格特质与智能手机成瘾呈显著相关;(4)神经质、外向性和严谨性对智能手机成瘾具有一定的预测作用。这说明大学生人格特质与智能手机成瘾关系密切,是智能手机成瘾的重要变量。With the cluster sampling method, 740 college students were surveyed with Smartphone addiction scale and Big Five personality questionnaire. The results show:(1)55% of college students use mobile phones for 5~10 hours everyday, and social software is the most frequently used;(2) There is a statistically significant difference in smartphone addiction among college students in terms of gender and grade. Boys have significantly higher scores for smartphone addiction and prominent behavior, negative influence, and APP updating than girls, and seniors’ scores for smartphone addiction and social comfort scores are significantly higher than those of other grades;(3) Compared with the low addiction group, the high group had higher neuroticism scores, and lower rigor and pleasantness scores, and three personality dimensions are significantly correlated with smartphone addiction;(4) Neuroticism, extroversion, and rigorous Mobile phone addiction have a certain predictive effect. The results show that the personality traits are closely related to smartphone addiction and are an important variable in smartphone addiction among college students.
