摘 要:采用福林-酚比色法测定不同产地的黑枸杞中总酚的含量,比较不同产地黑枸杞中总酚含量的差异。酚类化合物中的酚羟基与福林酚试剂反应,产生蓝色复合物,以没食子酸为标准品,在760 nm处测定吸光度。没食子酸标准品在0.5μg/mL~2.5μg/mL范围内线性关系良好;青海柴达木产黑枸杞中中检测到总酚含量为17.40 mg/g;甘肃张掖产黑枸杞中总酚含量分别为15.02 mg/g;宁夏中宁产黑枸杞中总酚的含量分别为13.49 mg/g。不同产地的黑枸杞之间存在总酚含量上的差异,总酚含量趋势为青海柴达木>甘肃张掖>宁夏中宁。The total phenols in Lycium ruthenicum from different producing areas by Folin-Phenol colorimetry were determined to compare the difference of total phenolic contents in different species of black peony.The phenolic hydroxyl in the phenolic compound were reacted with the Folin-Phenol reagent to produce a blue complex,and the absorbance was measured at 760 nm using gallic acid as the standard.The linearity of gallic acid standard was good in the range of 0.5μg/mL~2.5μg/mL.The total phenolic contents were 17.40 mg/g,15.02 mg/g and 13.49 mg/g in Lycium ruthenicum from Qinghai Chaidamu,Gansu Zhangye and Ningxia Zhongning,respectively.There were differences in the contents of total phenols between Lycium ruthenicum from different habitats,and the trend of total phenol content was that Qinghai Chaidam>Gansu Zhangye>Ningxia Zhongning.
