摘 要:当前,冲压生产逐步向智能化、高精密方向发展。原有冲压生产方式已难以适应现代工业发展需求。本文在综合考虑钣金机箱冲压工艺及压力机运行机制等相关因素的基础上,制定了科学合理的系统设计方案,同时借鉴他人研究成果并结合个人知识和经验积累,对机械手核心部件进行优化设计,改良控制系统。通过测试发现,此机械手动作平稳高效。At present, the modern manufacturing industry maintains a vigorous development trend and its manufacturing technology is becoming more and more mature, making the stamping production gradually develop in the direction of intelligence and high precision. The original stamping production method has been difficult to adapt to the needs of industrial development. In the text, the scientific and reasonable system design plan has been formulated on the basis of comprehensive consideration of related factors such as sheet metal chassis stamping process and press operating mechanism. At the same time, by learning from the research results of others, in combination with personal knowledge and accumulated experience, the optimized design has been conducted to the core components of the manipulator while the control system has been improved. Through testing, it is found that this manipulator moves smoothly and efficiently.
