轻简型杂交稻穴盘育秧精密播种机的设计与试验

摘　　要：为了培育适于机械化移栽的杂交稻钵体壮秧苗,满足杂交稻少本壮苗的农艺栽插要求和轻简化栽培的技术要求,研制了2SBB-500轻简型杂交稻穴盘育秧精密播种机。介绍了机具的组成、工作原理、主要技术参数及结构特点;创制了智能双充种室机构,实现了第一充种室空穴光电检测与预报、第二充种室智能振动复充填的构想;研制了智能双充种型孔滚筒杂交稻育秧精密播种器,解决了型孔滚筒育秧播种器作业过程中稻种在充种室内流动性差、充种可靠性低等问题,显著提高了播种性能。为了方便实现软钵盘后续直接进行摆盘作业,设计了一种软钵盘自动嵌放装置,解决了软盘育秧自动化作业的问题。试验表明:2SBB-500轻简型杂交稻穴盘育秧精密播种机功能齐全,自动化程度高,播种精度好,作业效率高,具有较好的应用前景。In order to cultivate strong seedling of hybrid rice suitable for mechanized transplanting,meet the requirements of agronomic transplanting and light and simplified cultivation of hybrid rice,a precision seeder of 2SBB-500 light and simple hybrid rice was developed.This paper introduces the composition,working principle,main technical parameters and structural characteristics of the machine.An intelligent double seed chamber mechanism was created,which realized the idea of photoelectric detection and prediction of holes in the first seed chamber and intelligent vibration refilling of the second seed chamber.An intelligent double seed cylinder hybrid rice seedling precision seeder was developed,which solved the problems of poor mobility and low seed filling reliability in the seed chamber during the operation of the seeder,and significantly improved the seeding performance.In order to facilitate the subsequent operation of the soft pot tray,an automatic inserting device of the soft pot tray is designed to solve the problemof the automatic operation of the soft disk seedling raising.The results showed that the 2SBB-500 light and simple hybrid rice seedling precision seeder has complete functions,high degree of automation,good precision of sowing and high efficiency of operation.
