摘　　要：社会病理学视域下的高校行政腐败属于组织“疾病”。研究可知,高校行政权力具有内松外紧、科层制混合熟人社会、多种权力形态交织、功能相对封闭的治理环境等特点。文章从权力的本质、个人角色的重叠、监督机制、认识偏差等角度寻找腐败的病因,提出加强党风廉政建设、保证内部控制、打造立体化监督体系、增加高校公职人员薪水等措施,以推进高校治理体系的完善。From the perspective of social pathology,corruption of administrative power belongs to illness organization.The research shows that the administrative power of colleges and universities is characterized by loose inside and tight outside,bureaucratic mixed acquaintance society,multiple powers intertwined,closed and open governance environment,and therefore making different corruption characteristics from other fields.Then,found the causes of corruption from the nature of power,the overlapping of individual roles,supervision mechanism and cognitive bias.Finally,the governance measures of administrative power corruption are given to promote the construction of university governance system and governance capacity.
