摘　　要：近年来,随着精准外科理念的发展,荧光造影技术广泛应用于临床。但是,目前绝大部分造影剂对肿瘤没有特异性,不利于肿瘤的诊断。因此,开发具有肿瘤靶向性的造影剂成为研究的热点之一。本文将对靶向癌胚抗原(CEA)荧光抗体SGM-101在结直肠外科手术中的应用进行综述。并对其未来的发展进行展望。In recent years,with the development of the concept of precision surgery,fluorescence angiographyimaging technology has been widely usedmore and more applied in clinical practice.NeverthnessHowever,most of the clinically used contrast agents are not specific to tumors have problems such as tumor targeting insufficient,which is not conducive to the diagnosis of tumorsfavorable to cancer detecting.So it is of great significance to develop tumor targeting contrast agents.This paper will review the application progress of CEA-targeting fluorescent antibody SGM-101 in colorectal surgery.
