摘  要:转运机是中国实验快堆(CEFR)燃料操作系统中的重要设备,主要实现组件的抓取、插入,以及转移工作。转运机控制系统主要完成设备执行机构的伺服驱动定位、设备动作的逻辑控制、联锁保护,及报警等功能。转运机执行机构的驱动采用了交流伺服驱动的方式,满足了设备高精度定位的要求。控制系统的逻辑控制主要由PLC实现,根据输入指令的要求,实时采集设备传感器的数据,进行逻辑运算后,给伺服驱动发送定位指令,通过控制转运机3个执行机构的匹配动作,实现组件的抓取、插入和转移,并实现对设备的联锁保护和报警等功能。转运机控制系统已成功在反应堆换料中经过了多次运行,运行安全可靠。The transfer machine is an important equipment in the fuel operating system of CEFR,which is used to grasp,insert and transfer the fuel.The transfer machine control system mainly completes the servo drive positioning of the equipment actuator and the logic control,interlocking protection and alarm of the equipment action.The actuator of the transfer machine is driven by AC servo,which meets the requirements of high-precision positioning of the equipment;The logic control of the control system is mainly realized by PLC.According to the requirements of input instructions,the data of equipment sensors are collected in real time,and the positioning instructions are given to the servo drive after logical operation.The grasping,insertion and transfer of components are realized by controlling the matching action of the three actuators of the transfer machine,and the interlocking protection and alarm functions of the equipment are realized.The transfer machine control system has been successfully operated in reactor refueling for many times,and the operation is safe and reliable.
