摘　　要：本文分析2009-2021年间德法关系在权力、制度、文化、对外关系方面的新特征,认为在欧债危机发生以后,德法轴心呈现整合性的领导力优势,双边机制化合作的广度和深度均有提升,求同存异、共促合作的德法精神在后危机时期更为凸显,并逐步开启对外文化外交;与此同时,德法也加强了象征性的外交配合与战略协调。这些特征构成了德法特殊关系的持久动力,决定了德法能在促进欧洲联合中发挥不可替代的轴心作用。This article analyses the new features of the Franco-German relations in terms of power,institutions,culture and external relations between2009 and 2021.It concludes that since the European Sovereign Debt Crisis,the Franco-German Axis of the EU has shown an integrated leadership advantage,the breadth and depth of theirinstitutionalised cooperation has increased,the Franco-German spirit of seeking common ground while reserving differences and promoting cooperation has become more prominent,and foreign cultural diplomacy has proliferated.At the same time,France and Germany have strengthened their symbolic diplomatic cooperation and strategic coordination.These are the characteristics that have given the special relationship between France and Germany its enduring momentum and determined the irreplaceable role that France and Germany can play as dual-engine in the promotion of European integration.
