可调式口腔矫治器治疗睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨可调式口腔矫治器治疗睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的效果。方法:选取2018年7月至2020年3月谷城县人民医院收治的睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组佩戴普通下颌前移类矫治器,观察组佩戴可调式口腔矫治器,对患者治疗前及治疗3个月后的睡眠呼吸暂停指数(AI)、呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)及血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))的变化情况进行观察。结果:治疗前,2组患者的AI、AHI、SaO_(2)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗3个月后,2组患者的AI、AHI、SaO_(2)均明显改善,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),观察组的AI、AHI明显低于对照组,SaO_(2)明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:可调式口腔矫治器治疗睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者具有良好的效果,不仅能够有效地提升SaO_(2),同时还能够降低AI、AHI水平。Objective:To explore the effect of adjustable oral appliance on patients with sleep apnea syndrome.Methods:A total of 70 patients with sleep apnea syndrome admitted to Gucheng County People′s Hospital from July 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group wore ordinary mandibular advancement appliances.The observation group wore adjustable oral appliances,and the changes of sleep apnea index(AI),apnea hypopnea index(AHI)and oxygen saturation(SaO_(2))before and 3 months after treatment were observed.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of AI,AHI,and SaO_(2) between the two groups(Ps>0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the levels of AI,AHI,and SaO_(2) of the two groups were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(Ps<0.05).The AI and AHI of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and SaO_(2) was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The adjustable oral appliance has a good effect on the treatment of patients with sleep apnea syndrome,which can not only effectively improve SaO_(2),but also reduce AI and AHI.
