社会主义核心价值观在高校绩效工资测算方法中的作用研究——以某高等学校为例

摘　　要：以社会主义核心价值观作为高等学校绩效测算方法的价值导向具有重要作用。按绩效工资测算工作顺序,将平等、公正、诚信、敬业、民主、法治、富强、和谐、自由价值观内容分组,细分为相关价值指引关键点,融入绩效工资测算方法中。阐述了价值指引关键点相应的测算公式,分析了绩效工资测算方法使用过程中需要关注的问题。研究结果有助于高校更好地开展绩效工资测算工作。Taking socialist core values as the value orientation of colleges and universities performance measurement method plays an important role.According to the work order of performance wage calculation,the values of equality,justice,integrity,dedication,democracy,rule of law,prosperity,harmony,and freedom are grouped and subdivided into key points of relevant value guidance and integrated into the performance wage calculation method.The paper expounds the corresponding calculation formulas for the key points of the value guide,and analyzes the issues that need to be paid attention to in the use of the performance pay measurement method.The research results will help universities to better carry out performance measurement.
