摘 要:针对目前短纤维增强树脂基复合材料强度仍以实验和二维平面预测为主,提出一种能真实反映纤维空间结构的三维短纤维增强复合材料强度预测模型。基于概率方法修正“混合律模型”对临界区域内纤维的作用进行详细的理论公式推导,建立基于纤维取向、长度和体积分数等因素的三维短纤维增强复合材料强度预测模型。以短碳纤维增强尼龙复合材料为例进行强度理论预测、Abaqus有限元仿真分析和拉伸试验。结果表明,理论预测值比仿真值更接近试验值,且与试验值误差在10%之内,误差较小,吻合较好。说明建立的三维短纤维增强复合材料强度预测模型精确合理。科学准确地预测三维短纤维增强复合材料的强度,可为短纤维增强复合材料3D打印件的设计与制造提供理论依据。Aiming at the fact that the strength of short fiber reinforced resin matrix composites is still mainly based on experiment and two-dimensional plane prediction,a strength prediction model of three-dimensional short fiber reinforced composites which can truly reflect the fiber spatial structure was proposed.Based on the probability method,the modified“mixing law model”was used to deduce the detailed theoretical formula of the effect of fibers in the critical region,and the strength prediction model of three-dimensional short fiber reinforced composites based on fiber orientation,length and volume fraction was established.Taking short carbon fiber reinforced nylon composites as example,strength theoretical prediction,Abaqus finite element simulation analysis and tensile experiment were carried out.The results show that the theoretical prediction value is closer to the experimental value than the simulation value,and the error with the experimental value is within 10%,the error is small and the results are in good agreement.It shows that the strength prediction model of three-dimensional short fiber reinforced composites is accurate and reasonable.Scientific and accurate strength prediction of three-dimensional short fiber reinforced composites can provide a theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of three-dimensional prints of short fiber reinforced composites.
