摘  要:“食品质量安全管理学”课程是培养食品质量与安全专业本科生专业思维和实践能力的核心课程。课程教学团队在2020年上半年新冠疫情期间采取线上教学模式,依据课程特点和学生网络条件在超星学习通平台搭建了异步授课课程,对章节和知识模块进行了细分,利用平台功能加强师生沟通点评,课后讨论接龙提高学生参与度,重视平日成绩,帮助学生夯实专业基础知识,为衔接实习、实训、毕业论文乃至提升食品质量控制和食品安全监管岗位的工作能力做好准备。The Food Quality and Safety Management course is a core course for cultivating the professional thinking and practical ability of undergraduates majoring in food quality and safety.The teaching team of this course adopted an online teaching model during the COVID-19 outbreak in the first half of 2020:According to the characteristics of the course and the network conditions of the students,an asynchronous teaching course was built on the Chaoxing Xuexitong platform,the chapters and knowledge modules were subdivided.Use platform functions to strengthen teacher-student communication and comment,and after-class discussion to increase student participation.Help students consolidate basic professional knowledge,prepare for the connection of internships,practical training,graduation thesis and even improve the working ability of food quality control and food safety supervision positions.
