摘　　要：微小RNA(MicroRNA)是一类内生的、长度约为20~24个核苷酸的小RNA,广泛存在于生物体内,其在人体内参与多个生理过程。成熟的MicroRNA在体内与其他蛋白质结合后组成RNA诱导的沉默复合体(RNA-induced silencing complex,RISC),通过与靶MicroRNA特异性位点结合,促使该MicroRNA分子的降解或抑制其翻译。近年来,许多研究表明发现,MicroRNA在肿瘤的发生发展中起重要调控作用。肺癌是一种发病率和致死率较高的一种恶性肿瘤,目前已成为我国城市中最常见的恶性肿瘤。研究表明,MicroRNA在肺癌的发生发展及转移过程中存在特异性表达情况,并且对肺癌的诊断、治疗及预后效果有高度特异性和敏感性。本文就MicroRNA在肺癌发生发展及转移中表达水平情况及其作为肺癌诊断与预后的观察指标的特异性和敏感性进行综述。MicroRNA is a kind of small endogenous RNA with a length of about 20-24 nucleotides,which widely exists in organisms and participates in multiple physiological processes in human bodies.Mature MicroRNAs combine with other proteins in vivo to form RNA-induced silencing complex(RISC),which promotes the degradation of MicroRNA molecules or inhibit their translation by binding to specific sites of target MicroRNAs.In recent years,many studies have shown that MicroRNA plays an important regulatory role in the occurrence and development of tumors.Lung cancer is a malignant tumor with high morbidity and mortality,and has become the most common malignant tumor in Chinese cities.Studies have shown that MicroRNA has specific expression in the occurrence,development and metastasis of lung cancer,with a high specificity and sensitivity to the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of lung cancer.This paper reviews the expression level of MicroRNA in the occurrence,development,and metastasis of lung cancer and its specificity and sensitivity as an observation indicator for the diagnosis and prognosis of lung cancer.
