摘　　要：学术诚信是科研工作者的基本要求,建立学术诚信机制是各高校的普遍诉求。从高校学术诚信的内涵和表现入手,从成果申报人、成果认定部门、评价机制和评价过程四个层面分析了学术不端产生的根本原因,在借鉴国外先进经验的基础上,探讨了建立高校学术诚信的评价机制、惩戒机制、防范机制和区块链技术辅助解决方案,设计了分组管理、营造诚信氛围、提升教师学术能力、将诚信建设纳入师德师风考核范畴四个方面实施学术诚信体系建设的保障措施。Academic integrity is the basic requirement for researchers and the establishment of academic integrity mechanism becomes the universal appeal of universities. Starting with the connotation and performance of academic integrity in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the root causes of academic misconduct from four aspects: achievement applicant, achievement recognition department, the evaluation mechanism and the evaluation process. On the basis of drawing lessons from foreign advanced experience, this paper discusses the establishment of evaluation mechanism, punishment mechanism, prevention mechanism and block chain technology assisted solution of academic integrity in colleges and universities, and designs the safeguard measures of implementing the construction of academic credit system from four aspects: group management, creating an atmosphere of credit,improving teachers’ academic ability, and bringing credit construction into the assessment of teachers’ ethics.
