摘 要:以静电纺丝法制备的聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纳米纤维为原料,铜箔为催化剂,采用化学气相沉积法合成了PAN@石墨烯核-壳纳米纤维。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、拉曼光谱和电化学测试对样品的形貌、结构、组成以及电化学性质进行观察和分析。结果表明:化学气相沉积法能有效地制备PAN@石墨烯核-壳纳米纤维,通过薄膜提拉法可以得到一维宏观结构的石墨烯纤维;以聚乙烯醇/磷酸(PVA/H_(3)PO_(4))作为凝胶电解质组装成纤维状超级电容器,在扫描速率为10 mV/s时,具有较高的比电容(158 mF/cm^(3));经过多次弯曲后,比电容相对稳定,显示出良好的柔韧性。PAN@graphene core-shell nanofibers were synthesized by the chemical vapor deposition method with PAN-based carbon nanofibers as the raw material and Cu foils as the catalyst.The morphology,structure,and components of the as-prepared PAN@graphene nanofibers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy analysis.The results showed that the core-shell structure was constructed with graphene films coating the PAN-based carbon nanofibers,and the one-dimensional graphene fiber was synthesized by the film-scrolling technique.In addition,the electrochemical performance of the graphene fiber was tested.The calculated specific capacitance value of graphene fiber was 158 mF/cm^(3) at the scanning rate 10 mV/s,and the excellent flexibility after multiple bending in a gel electrolyte of PVA/H_(3)PO_(4).
