摘 要:构建团体咨询师专业胜任力结构模型,编制团体咨询师胜任力量表,并分析其信效度。研究1采用质性研究方法,对40名被试进行问卷调查,结合先前文献提出的团体咨询师胜任特征族,构建团体咨询师胜任力理论模型。研究2基于403名被试的样本数据编制初始量表,在团体咨询师群体中施测并进行量表项目分析与信效度检验。最终的正式版量表包括“知识”、“技能”、“能力”和“态度”4个维度,21个项目。量表总分和各维度得分内部一致性信度在0.88~0.95之间,验证性因素分析各项统计量和拟合指数良好,效标关联效度良好。结果表明,团体咨询师胜任力量表在团体咨询师中具有良好的信效度,可以作为考察团体咨询师胜任力的工具。The study aimed to explore the competence model of group leaders and develop the competence measurement instrument.By combining literature review and qualitative research,Study 1 conducted a questionnaire survey among 40 subjects to construct a five-factor competence model for group leaders.In Study 2,an initial scale was developed based on the sample data of 403 subjects,and the scale items were analyzed and validated among these group leaders.The formal Competence Scale for Group Leaders contained 21 items and 4 dimensions:“Knowledge”,“Skills”,“Abilities”and“Attitude”.The Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of the scale and all sub-scales were between 0.88~0.95.The results of the confirmatory factor analysis and the validity of the criterion correlation were satisfactory.The results suggest that the Competence Scale for Group Leaders has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool to evaluate the competency of group leaders.
