摘　　要：影像学引导下消融治疗肺结节具有定位精准、疗效确切、损伤微小、费用低廉等优势。其中冷冻消融可适形消融且无痛,临床广泛应用,但用于治疗肺结节时对技术要求较高,且具有一定风险,如出血、感染及冷休克等。为规范影像学引导下肺结节冷冻消融治疗技术操作、提升手术成功率和安全性,特召集国内相关专家讨论形成本共识,供临床参考。Image-guided tumor ablation has the advantages of precise localization,precise efficacy,minimal damage and low cost for treatment of pulmonary nodular lesions,among which cryoablation is conformal and painless and widely used in clinical practice,but with high technical requirements and certain risks,such as bleeding,infection and cold shock when used for pulmonary nodules.In order to standardize image-guided cryoablation of pulmonary nodules and improve the success rate of operation and safety,relevant domestic experts were convened to discuss and formulate this consensus for clinical reference and application.
