摘　　要：梳理了联合国可持续发展解决方案网络(SDSN)在2015—2020年发布的国家及城市尺度联合国可持续发展目标(SDGs)评价理论框架和指标数量及特征变化情况,结合其他SDGs评价研究,总结了中国2016—2020年在国家及省级层面的SDGs指数及指示板变化情况。结果表明,在国家层面,中国在经济维度的SDGs进展良好,但在环境及社会维度的SDGs进展情况却不容乐观。在省级层面,中国不同区域呈现出SDGs进展不平衡的现象,北京、上海及浙江等经济发达地区的整体表现优于其他地区。最后,分析了已有研究存在的不足,并提出了SDGs评价研究的未来发展方向:有针对性地加强数据共享与集成的系统建设;改革数据生产方式并拓展多样化的非传统数据来源;完善SDGs指标的定义和计算标准等。This article reviewed the changes in the number and features of specific indicators at the national and urban scale according to assessment reports published by SDSN from 2015 to 2020,and generalized the theoretical framework of assessment method.The progress of SDG indices and dashboards of China were systematically analyzed both at national level and provincial level based on the SDSN reports and related research.The results show that at the national level,the economic-related SDGs in China are mostly on track,but the environmental and social-related SDGs are undergoing immense challenges.At the provincial level in China,there exists an imbalance on the progress of attainment of the SDGs among different provinces.The more developed provinces,such as Beijing,Shanghai and Zhejiang,show better performance than other provinces.Finally,the article looked forward to the shortcomings of the existing SDGs assessment research,and proposed the future trend of SDGs assessment research,including:targeted strengthening of the system construction of data sharing and integration;reforming data production methods and expanding diversified non-traditional data sources;improving SDGs indicators definition and calculation standards,etc.
