摘　　要：我国进入中国特色社会主义新时代,职业院校如何着力打造"双创"升级版,培养创新创业高素质人才,是当前面临的重要课题。针对高校创新创业教育存在的普遍问题,结合职业教育的类型属性,立足职业院校办学特色,以学生的能力培养为中心,学习成果为导向,提出基于OBE理念的创新创业教育体系的理论支撑、设计思路和实施路径。基于OBE理念的创新创业教育体系能有效促进学生个性化发展,提高创新创业型人才的培养质量,实现学生高质量创业就业。As China has entered a new era of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, it’s an important topic for vocational colleges to promote upgraded mass entrepreneurship and innovation,cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial high-quality talents in vocational colleges. Aiming at the common problems existing in innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, combining with the type property of vocational education, based on the school-running characteristics of vocational colleges, and centering on students’ ability training and guided by learning outcomes, this paper puts forward the theoretical support,design ideas and implementation approach of constructing innovation and entrepreneurship education system based on OBE concept. This innovation and entrepreneurship education system based on OBE concept can effectively promote students’ personalized development, realize the transformation from knowledge orientation to the achievement of students’ ability training, promote the connotation and characteristic development of integration in professional education and innovation, improve the cultivation quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and achieve high-quality entrepreneurship and employment.
