劳动精神引领大学生思想道德建设探析

摘　　要：在推动大学生思想道德建设的过程中,需发挥劳动精神的引领作用。从理论逻辑、历史逻辑和现实逻辑三个层面分析了劳动精神的内涵,探究了其对大学生思想道德建设的引领方式。当代大学生思想道德建设中劳动精神的缺失主要表现为:对劳动精神的认知不到位,对劳动精神的实践不够深入,缺乏劳动实践与教育方面的相关保障机制。因此,高校有必要加强思想政治教育,积极倡导学习和践行马克思主义劳动观,通过理论与实践相结合的方式来深化大学生对劳动精神的认知,强化其对劳动精神的实践,同时构建科学有效、务实管用的有关劳动实践与教育的保障机制。To promote the ideological and moral construction of college students, labor spirit should play a leading role in this process. This paper analyzes the connotation of labor spirit from three aspects of theoretical logic, historical logic and realistic logic, and explores the guiding way of its ideological and moral construction for college students. The lack of labor spirit in the ideological and moral construction of contemporary college students is mainly manifested as: insufficient understanding of labor spirit, insufficient practice of labor spirit, lack of labor practice and education related guarantee mechanism. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the ideological and political education, actively advocate the study and practice of Marxist labor view, through the combination of theory and practice to deepen the understanding of labor spirit, strengthen the practice of labor spirit, at the same time to build a scientific, effective, practical and effective guarantee mechanism related to labor practice and education.
