摘 要:布匹起球严重影响服装使用性能。传统起球检测一般靠人工来进行检验,费时费力且效率低下。为了提高检测效率,设计一套布匹起球图像采集系统,采用多角度光源进行照明,用Matlab软件处理图像,采用特征提取方式识别起球区域并给出标示。通过实验分析,该系统可较好地完成起球检测,对布匹的流水线快速检测提供了一定研究基础。Fabric pilling seriously affects the performance of clothing. Traditional pilling detection generally depends on manual inspection,which is time-consuming,laborious and inefficient. In order to improve the detection efficiency,a set of cloth pilling image acquisition system is designed. Multi angle light sources are used for lighting,MATLAB software is used to process the image,and the pilling area is identified and marked by feature extraction. Through experimental analysis,the system can better complete the pilling detection,which provides a certain research basis for the rapid detection of cloth assembly line in the future.
