摘　　要：技工学校的女生班级不同于男生班级或者是男生、女生混合的班级,具有其特殊性、特定性等特征。在对技工学校的女生班级进行管理的过程中,班主任需要高度关注女生班级的特定情况,做好职业规划教育、思想品德教育、情感意识教育、专业技能教育,引导学生显著提高个人能力和综合素养。The girls’ class in technical school is different from the boys’ class or the mixed class of boys and girls,with its particularity and specificity. In the process of managing girls’ classes in technical schools,class teachers need to pay close attention to the specific situation of girls’ classes,do a good job in career planning education,ideological and moral education,emotional awareness education and professional skills education,and guide students to significantly improve their personal ability and comprehensive quality education.
