神经科护士脑卒中早期康复护理知信行现况及相关因素的调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查神经内外科护士脑卒中早期康复护理知识、态度和行为的现状并分析影响因素,为提高护士脑卒中早期康复护理水平提供科学的依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对山西省6所三级甲等医院神经内科及神经外科299名护士进行调查分析。结果299名护士脑卒中早期康复护理知识平均得分为56.02±27.97分,合格率42.81%,处于较低水平;态度平均得分为45.78±3.49分,合格率92.98%,处于较高水平;行为平均得分21.20±8.67分,合格率21.41%,处于较低水平。影响早期康复护理知识水平的因素是医院、上学时是否学习过康复方面的课程、工作后是否接受过脑卒中康复方面的培训(P<0.05);影响康复护理态度得分的因素是工作后是否接受过脑卒中康复方面的培训(P<0.05);影响康复护理行为的因素是科室、学历、上学时是否学习过康复方面的课程及工作后是否接受过脑卒中康复方面的培训(P<0.05)。结论神经内外科护士早期康复护理知识掌握得不足,康复护理措施实施得也较少,但对早期康复护理的态度非常积极。护理院校应增设康复护理课程并开设实践课;医院管理者应加强对脑卒中早期康复护理的重视程度,改善护理人力资源短缺的状况,加强康复护理培训。Objective To investigate the status quo of nurses'knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of early stroke rehabilitation in neurology and neurosurgery and analyze the infl uencing factors,so as to provide scientifi c basis for improving nurses'early stroke rehabilitation nursing level.Methods A questionnaire survey was used to investigate and analyze 299 nurses in the neurology department and neurosurgery department of 6 tertiary A hospitals in Shanxi province.Results The average score of 299 nurses on stroke early rehabilitation nursing knowledge was 56.02±27.97 points,and the pass rate was 42.81%,which was at a low level;the average attitude score was 45.78±3.49 points,and the pass rate was 92.98%,which was at a high level;the behavior average score was 21.20±8.67 points,which was qualifi ed The rate is 21.41%,which was at a low level.The factors that aff ected the level of early rehabilitation nursing knowledge were the hospital,whether you had studied rehabilitation courses during school,and whether you had received training in stroke rehabilitation after work(P<0.05).The factor that aff ected the score of rehabilitation nursing attitude was the whether they had received training in stroke rehabilitation after work(P<0.05).The factors that aff ected the level of rehabilitation nursing behavior were the department,educational background,whether they have studied rehabilitation courses in school,and whether they had received training in stroke rehabilitation after work(P<0.05).Conclusion The neurology and neurosurgery nurses had insufficient knowledge of early rehabilitation nursing and implement fewer rehabilitation nursing measures,but they had a very positive attitude towards early rehabilitation nursing.Nursing colleges should add rehabilitation nursing courses and off er practical courses;hospital administrators should increase the importance of early rehabilitation nursing for stroke,improve the shortage of nursing human resources,and strengthen rehabilitation nursing training.
