摘  要:以文冠果种子油、二乙烯三胺、氯化苄为原料,经酰胺化、环化、季铵化合成了咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂;正交试验确定了最佳合成工艺:文冠果种子油与二乙烯三胺摩尔比1:1.2,环化时间180 min,环化温度160℃,二甲苯含量35%;通过挂片试验在80℃,腐蚀时间为3 h,缓蚀剂含量为100 mg·L^(-1)的6%酸洗缓蚀剂溶液中缓蚀效率达98.5%,并具有良好的热稳定性;极化曲线显示缓蚀剂为阳极型缓蚀剂。试验结果表明制备的缓蚀剂在质量分数为6%的盐酸中对N80钢片有良好的缓蚀效果。Using Xanthocerassorbiflia Bunge oil seed oil,diethylene triamine and benzyl chlorideas raw materials,imidazolinecorrosion inhibitor was synthesized through amidation,cyclization andquartemarization reactions.The optimal reaction conditions were obtained from orthogonal experiment:the molaer ratio of Xanthocerassorbiflia Bunge oil seed oil to diethylene triamine was 1:1.2,the cyclization reaction time was 180 min,the cyclization reaction temperature was 160℃,and the mass fraction of xylene was 35%of total raw material.The corrosion inhibition efficiency in 6%pickling solution with a corrosion inhibitor content of 100 mg·L^(-1) at a temperature of 80℃and a corrosion time of 3 h was 98.5%,and it showed very good thermal stability.The obtained results of polarization experiment indicated that the inhibitor acted as anodic-type.The preparedinhibitor provided good corrosioninhibition effects for N80 sheet steel in 6%HCl solution.
