摘　　要：为研究护肤霜的处方组成,从初步得到的四种备选处方中,以外观性状评价进行择优。以综合评分为指标,通过正交设计对基质进行优化,确定最终制剂处方。结果表明,最佳制剂处方为油相组分:硬脂酸10%,液状石蜡10%,白凡士林5%;水相组分:甘油10%,氮酮2%,尼泊金乙酯0.1%,单硬脂酸甘油酯5%,玉米须总黄酮5%,乳化剂三乙醇胺4%。验证表明该制备工艺简单、可行,能够为其进行进一步研究奠定基础。In order to study total flavonoids skin cream from corn silk of the ingredient and the best dosage ratio,the best appearance evaluation of four kinds of optional prescription was concluded from the preliminary.Taking the comprehensive score as the index,the matrix was optimized by orthogonal design to determine the final formulation.The results showed that glycerol and triethanolamine should be added in the prescription.The best preparation prescription was oil phase components:stearic acid 10%,liquid paraffin 10%,white vanillin 5%,water phase components:glycerol 10%,azone 2%,Nipagin ethyl ester 0.1%,glycerol monstearate 5%,corn silk total flavonoids 5%,emulsifier triethanolamine 4%.The results showed that the preparation process was simple and feasible,which could lay a foundation for the further research of corn silk total flavonoids skin cream.
