摘  要:对石油焦进行高温煅烧,并对煅烧焦真密度、硫含量、碳晶格等性能进行了检测。研究结果发现1200℃以上随着煅烧温度增加,影响石油焦硫脱除机理、硫完全排出温度,煅烧焦孔隙率,碳晶格生长速度的主要原因是由于不同石油焦中噻吩硫含量、侧链硫烃键所占比例等差异造成的,硫含量越高,石油焦噻吩硫含量越少,硫完全排出温度越低,碳晶格生长越慢。Petroleum cokes were calcined at a high temperature,and the properties of the calcined cokes were detected,such as real density,sulfur content,carbon lattice.The results showed that along with the increase of calcination temperature above 1200℃,the main factors influencing the desulfurization mechanism,sulfur completely discharging temperature,porosity and the growth rate of the carbon lattice were different thiophene sulfur content and sulfur side chain hydrocarbon bond proportion difference in petroleum coke.The higher the sulfur content,the less the thiophene content.The lower the sulfur completely discharging temperature,the slower the growth rate of the coke lattice.
