摘 要:在全球终身学习的浪潮中,项目化学习以其独特的优越性逐渐成为新时代学习的有效方式,也应当成为提高研究生学习质量的重要途径。通过对5名成人教育学专业硕士研究生进行非结构式访谈,调查并分析当前成人教育学专业硕士研究生的学习困境,主要表现为:学习内容的碎片化、学习互动的局限性、学习成果的低质量的问题。据此,提出发挥项目化学习的优势,可以突破传统教学局限,灵活跨越学科界限;基于真实情境,指向深度学习;契合成果意识,培养批判思维。因此,建议成人教育学专业硕士研究生学习时能够转换固化思维,贯穿项目化学习理念;围绕核心问题,选定项目驱动;定位成员角色,协同活动探究;公开展示作品,汲取评价灵感,从而提高成人教育学专业硕士研究生的学习质量。In the global wave of lifelong learning,project-based learning has gradually become an effective way of learning in the new era because of its unique advantages,and should also become an important way to improve the learning quality of postgraduate students.Through unstructured interviews with five postgraduates majoring in Andragogy,this paper investigates and analyzes the current learning difficulties of postgraduates majoring in Andragogy.The main manifestations are as follows:the fragmentation of learning content,the limitations of learning interaction,and the low quality of learning results.Accordingly,it is proposed that giving full play to the advantages of project-based learning can break through the limitations of traditional teaching and flexibly cross the boundaries of disciplines;point to deep learning based on the real situation;conform to the sense of achievement and cultivate critical thinking.Therefore,it is suggested that postgraduates majoring in Andragogy should run through the concept of project-based learning by changing their fixed thinking;select project-driven around the core issues;explore collaborative activities by locating the role members;and draw inspiration from evaluation by public display of the works so as to improve the learning quality of postgraduates majoring in Andragogy.
