摘 要:哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)参与多种细胞信号通路,与细胞生长、增殖、自噬、凋亡及细胞周期进展等有关,mTOR信号通路通常在肿瘤中被激活,与肿瘤的发生、进展、代谢具有密切关系。因此,mTOR信号通路是抗肿瘤治疗研究的热点。近年来,随着mTOR信号通路在消化系统肿瘤中作用机制的研究及抑制剂的探索,为临床诊疗、预后评估及靶向药物开发提供了新思路。Mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)is involved in a variety of cellular signaling pathways,which is related to cell growth,proliferation,autophagy,apoptosis and cell cycle progression.mTOR signaling pathway is usually activated in tumors and is closely related to the occurrence,progression and metabolism of tumors.Therefore,mTOR signaling pathway is a hot spot in anti-tumor therapy research.In recent years,with the research of the mechanism of mTOR signaling pathway in digestive system tumors and the exploration of inhibitors,new ideas have been provided for clinical diagnosis and treatment,prognosis assessment and targeted drug development.
