外汇检查核查统筹推进工作机制研究

摘　　要：随着涉外经济的多元化、外汇资源配置的市场化以及投资贸易便利化的日益加快,外汇收支交易品种和业务量快速增长,主体违法违规手法日渐呈现多样化、复杂化、隐蔽化,给外汇监管带来了新挑战。结合近几年基层外汇局监管工作实际,对检查与核查工作现状、存在的问题进行了分析,就如何改进和完善现行核查检查工作机制,提高监管效率提出了政策建议。With the diversification of foreign-related economy,the marketization of foreign exchange resource allocation and the acceleration of investment and trade facilitation,the varieties and business volume of foreign exchange revenue and expenditure transactions are growing rapidly,and the main illegal practices are becoming more and more diversified,complex and hidden,which has brought new challenges to foreign exchange supervision.Combined with the actual supervision work of grass-roots foreign exchange bureaus in recent years,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of inspection and verification,and puts forward policy suggestions on how to improve and improve the current verification and inspection mechanism and improve the supervision efficiency.
