摘　　要：科学思维是正确而高效的思维方式,具有客观性、预见性和变革性等特征,是高校思想政治工作者的必备素养。高校思想政治工作者自身的职业特点、工作现状和思维素养,决定了要着重提升其科学思维水平。当前要着重提升高校思想政治工作者辩证思维、底线思维、法治思维、创新思维等基本的思维素养,可以按照知—练—用—化的步骤进行培养。Scientific thinking is a correct and efficient way of thinking, which has the characteristics of objectivity, foresight and innovation. It is a necessary accomplishment for ideological and political workers in colleges and universities. The professional characteristics, work status and thinking quality of ideological and political workers in colleges and universities determine that they must focus on improving their scientific thinking level. At present, we should focus on improving the basic thinking qualities of ideological and political workers in colleges and universi-ties, such as dialectical thinking, bottom line thinking, legal thinking and innovative thinking, which can be cultivated through the steps of knowl-edgepractice-application.
