摘　　要：黑龙江省作为农林产业大省,具有丰富的农林资源和较强的农林教育资源,然而越来越多的人才会被经济发达、政策优惠的城市吸引,农林高校毕业生人才流失现象严重,从而导致地域性人才储备不足,进而导致黑龙江省农林产业人才供给不足。通过梳理黑龙江省农林高校毕业生就业现状,采用主成分分析等统计方法对回流就业的影响因素开展了研究,发现了回流就业存在的问题。从高校、政府、社会、家庭等方面出发,提出了建设区域产业专业动态调整机制、合理制定配套政策、改变传统观念等措施,以促进更多的具有农林背景的专业人才回流就业创业,来推进黑龙江农林产业现代化发展、助力乡村振兴战略实施。As a province based on agriculture and forestry,Heilongjiang has abundant agricultural and forestry resources and strong agricultural and forestry education resources.However,more and more talents are attracted by the cities with developed economy and preferential policies,the brain drain of agricultural and forestry college graduates is serious,which leads to the shortage of regional talent reserve,and then leads to the shortage of talents supply in the agriculture and forestry in Heilongjiang.Therefore,by combing the employment situation of agricultural and forestry college graduates in Heilongjiang,this paper studies the influencing factors of return employment by using statistical methods such as principal component analysis,finds out the existing problems of return employment,and puts forward some measures from the perspectives of universities,governments,society and families,such as building a dynamic adjustment mechanism for regional industrial specialties,formulating reasonable supporting policies,and changing traditional concepts,in order to promote more professionals with agricultural and forestry background to return to work and start businesses,to promote the modernization of Heilongjiang agricultural and forestry industries,and to boost the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
