摘　　要：肾精和Klotho基因对生殖、生长发育均有着重要的作用。本文在前期研究提出了Klotho基因是肾精的重要组成之一。在此基础上,本文进一步探讨Klotho基因的生物学作用与肾精的先天之精、主生殖和生长发育的关系。Kidney essence and Klotho gene play a significant role in reproduction,growth and development.In this paper,Klotho gene is one of the important components of kidney essence.On this basis,the relationship between the biological function of Klotho gene and the congenital essence,govern reproduction and growth,as well as development were further discussed to provide scientific basis for development of the theory of kidney govern reproduction and growth in TCM.
