摘  要:为了解决锦界煤矿综采工作面末采期间矿压显现剧烈,回撤通道围岩变形大、难以控制的问题,以31115工作面开采为例,采用理论分析、数值计算相结合的方法,研究了双回撤通道综采工作面末采段覆岩失稳运动形式、围岩应力分布规律、巷道变形规律以及围岩稳定性控制技术;提出了基于控制覆岩基本顶破断位置的末采段停采让压及强制放顶等应力转移技术。结果表明:末采贯通时工作面基本顶失稳运动形式分为滑落失稳和回转失稳,回转失稳引起的末采期间区域应力集中程度比滑落失稳大;当工作面推进至与主回撤通道贯通前10 m时,主回撤通道明显受到工作面采动影响,区域应力集中程度随工作面与主回撤通道间煤柱宽度的缩小而增大;采取的相关控制措施效果良好。In order to solve the problems of severe mining pressure during the final mining of fully mechanized mining face in Jinjie Coal Mine,large deformation of surrounding rock in the withdrawal channel and difficult to control,based on the background of 31115 working face mining in Jinjie Coal Mine,a combination of theoretical analysis and numerical calculation was used to study the overburden instability movement form,surrounding rock stress distribution law,roadway deformation law and surrounding rock stability control technology in the final mining section of fully mechanized mining face with double retraction passage.The stress transfer techniques,such as stoping concession pressure and forced caving,are proposed based on controlling the position of the basic roof of overburden.The results show that the basic roof instability of working face can be divided into sliding instability and rotary instability,and the regional stress concentration caused by rotary instability is greater than that caused by sliding instability;when the working face advances to 10 m before connecting with the main drawback channel,the main drawback channel is obviously affected by the mining of the working face,and the regional stress concentration increases with the narrowing of the width of the coal pillar between the working face and the main drawback channel.The relevant control measures taken are effective.
